This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to the credit packs you buy on SVG Variants. Packs are paid in cryptocurrency, through our payment processor, currently NOWPayments. Refunds are sent in cryptocurrency, as explained in How to ask for a refund.
In short
- Within 14 days of buying a pack, you can get back the money for the unused part of that pack.
- Credits you have already spent are not refunded.
- After 14 days, money is refunded only where the law requires it.
- If a generation fails, its credits come back to your balance automatically.
- Before you pay, you tick a box to ask for immediate access to your credits and to confirm that credits you spend are not refunded if you withdraw.
- Refunds are sent in the cryptocurrency you paid with, to an address you give us.
- To ask, e-mail contact@svgvariants.com with the e-mail address of your account, the pack you bought and the address where you want to receive the refund.
14 days to get back unused credits
Within 14 days of buying a pack, you can ask for a refund of the unused part of that pack. The refund is:
price you paid for the pack (including any tax) × credits of that pack not yet spent ÷ credits in the pack
Credits are counted as spent in this order: your free credits and bonus credits first, then your packs in the order you bought them. So a pack is only counted as used once your free and bonus credits and any older packs are used up.
If you have not spent any credit of the pack, you get back the full price you paid.
Example
You used your 100 free credits, then bought the Creator Pack: you paid €9 for 1,000 credits. You then spent 250 credits of this pack.

The price you paid is the amount shown for the pack when you opened the payment.
When the refund is made, the 750 refunded credits are removed from your balance.
What is not refunded
- Credits already spent, except where the law requires it. A generation is delivered when you confirm its quote.
- Free credits and bonus credits. They were offered, not bought.
- Expired credits. Paid credits are valid for 180 days from the purchase date of each pack; after that they are lost.
- Unused credits after the 14 days, except where the law requires it.
After 14 days
After 14 days, money is refunded only where the law requires it, for example under the legal guarantee if the service does not work as described. This also applies when an account is closed or when the service stops.
Failed generations
If a generation fails because of a technical error, including a server restart while it is running, the credits taken for it are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask. They come back as credits, not as money.
How to ask for a refund
- Send an e-mail to contact@svgvariants.com.
- Give the e-mail address of your SVG Variants account, and say which pack you bought and when.
- Give the address where you want to receive the refund. It must accept the cryptocurrency you paid with, on the same network.
The refund is sent in the cryptocurrency you paid with, on the same network, to the address you give us. Check this address carefully: a cryptocurrency transfer cannot be reversed. You do not need to give a reason. You can also use the model withdrawal form below, but a simple e-mail is enough.
Refunded payments
When a payment is refunded, fully or in part, the matching credits are removed from your balance in proportion to the refunded amount, as far as your balance allows.
If you live in Morocco
Law 31-08 on consumer protection gives you 7 days to withdraw from a purchase made at a distance. Our 14-day rule replaces this period and goes beyond it: you get twice the time.
If you live in the European Union
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase of a pack. This policy is how that right applies to SVG Variants:
- The 14 days start on the day you buy the pack.
- Before you pay, you tick a box to ask for immediate access to your credits and to confirm that credits you spend are not refunded if you withdraw. By ticking it, you also accept our Terms of Service and this policy. Your credits are then added to your account once your payment is confirmed, so you can start using the service during these 14 days.
- Each generation is delivered when you confirm its quote. If you withdraw, the credits you have already spent are not refunded: you pay only for them, and the rest is refunded with the formula above, within the time limits set by law.
- To withdraw, send us a clear statement by e-mail before the 14 days are over. You can use the form below.
