Turn your layers into traits and decide how often each one appears. Every edition is unique and, with a pack, comes as a PNG with its own JSON metadata file, plus rarity statistics. Packs are not on sale yet.

Start with your own layered drawing. SVG Variants reads its groups, layer names and colours.

Set traits and rarity

Weight your colours and layers, group interchangeable layers into variant sets, then preview your editions.

Generate and export

Download unique editions as PNG with JSON metadata and rarity statistics, or as SVG and print files.

Pixel art

One SVG, as pixel art NFTs.

Here, a mushroom house. Switch the rendering to pixel art and, with flat fills, every edition comes out crisp, with clean colours, at the grid width you choose. Pixel art needs a pack; packs are not on sale yet.

  • Traits from your layers

    Layer names become the default names of your traits and their values; palettes and variant sets become traits too.

  • Rarity control

    Set how often each colour and each variant appears. The number of possible combinations is counted as you work.

  • Unique editions

    No two editions share the same combination of colours and variants. In a project, the same recipe and number of editions give the same collection.

  • JSON metadata per edition With a pack

    Name, description, image, edition number and attributes, each a trait_type and a value.

  • Rarity statistics With a pack

    How many exported editions carry each trait value, as a count and a percentage. See them for 12 editions

  • PNG at 1024 or 2048 px

    Transparent unless you add a collection background. 2048 px and the SVG of each edition need a pack.

Your next step

  • Host the images, for example on IPFS
  • Put each image address in the image field of its JSON file
  • Choose a contract and mint
  • List where you choose

In the collection ZIP, image holds the PNG file name. Replace it with your hosted or IPFS address before minting.

SVG Variants does none of these steps: it does not mint, deploy smart contracts, upload to IPFS, connect a wallet or list anything on a marketplace.
